Covers factory defects
Flat tires if punctured, light bulbs, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, accidents or collisions, misuse, abuse, neglect, damage incurred from accidents, floods, salt and other foreign debris or chemicals, water and extreme cold temperatures, are not covered by the comprehensive warranty.
Factory Warranty is automatically void or cancelled if you take our product to another dealer for repair; check up or for any other reason, without notifying Sarnia E-Bikes during your warranty period. Factory warranty is on new bikes only.
