All service is done at Sarnia E-Bikes. Sarnia E-Bikes is a member of CEBA, the Canadian Electric Bicycle Association, and holds a CEBA E-Bike Technician Training Certificate.

We have parts on hand, and if needed we can order parts in and get you back on the road..
The hourly rate for repairing products out of warranty is: $55/hour. Customer will receive a written estimate for labour and parts required to fix the problem if requested.
Sarnia E-Bikes offers a pickup and delivery option should you require it for service. The fee in Sarnia is $25. If you are out of town we charge a higher rate depending on the distance we travel. Please contact us for details.
